Need help with what I can eat

My doctor has me now on a low saturated fats, low carb, high protein diet I have no idea what I can eat now because all the stuff she wants me to eat I don’t like I don’t eat eggs or avacado or khal or fish so what does that leave me with when I look up recipes they all look gross so I feel like I’m supposed to starve myself does anybody have any ideas of something edible to make

Has your doctor referred you to a dietitian?

For healthy fats, the other options I see are vegetable oils (for example olive oil) and nuts and seeds.
As for protein there are many options.
If you're feeling lost, I really would go see a dietitian to find out what foods you like that are compatible with what your doctor wants?

Yes actually my doctor referred me to a nutritionist I’m going next Friday to see what options I have since I’m a huge picker eater for healthy stuff lol I never had this problem before growing up I was in good shape and could eat anything and nothing never gained then after having my daughter at 35 my body did a 360 on me and now I’m like what i grew up eating how my mom cooked granted wasn’t the healthiest she liked cooking with butter and loved her salt and fried stuff but she unfortunately has now passed on she was 80 but always very skinny I’m just confused with all of the counting calories and stuff I don’t understand it which is my problem

Start with one thing at a time. Especially until you meet with the dietician. Maybe just logging what you eat until then. Don't worry about calories or macros or anything. Just logging it. Take that with you and show the dietician. They should be able to help identify what swaps to make. And ask questions and read the discussions. I learn new things daily here. Good luck!

This is a great idea! The more info your dietician has to work with, the better, and when you're on the spot, you tend to forget stuff. Keep a log now of what you eat, so that they have a good baseline to work with.

What do you like? Start there.
Hambuŕgers? Cook some very lean ground beef, no bun. Make a salad of only lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle with very little dressing, or maybe a teaspoon of pickle juice in place of dressing. (Or whatever you like on your burger.)
French fries? Try roasting one very small potato with one other vegetable of your choice. Different vegetable next time--until you find a few you like. (Beets is not even close to favorite veg for me, but gets sweet when roasted--almost, not quite, dessert-like)
Like fajitas? Or Philly cheese steaks? Grilled onions and peppers are good paired with grilled chicken, steak, lean ground beef, ground turkey, almost any lean meat.or no meat.
Keep an open mind. Keep logging. You'll find things.
I agree that a good dietitian is a great idea.
