    @itladyee They also have in-home dumbbell and body weight ones. I really need something to do the thinking for me as I do not have the capacity right now to research and put together a workout plan. It claims to tell you exactly what to do for each workout. If that is the case, I just need to get to the gym and follow instructions. Then hopefully that will get me a foundation from which I can do my own research and workout. Finders crossed. Need to find that way to make it work!!

    74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
    ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
