I’ve tried fitpal before but don’t stick with it. Any suggestions from those who do stick with it. I want to lose 40lb. I think I have to do this the slow hard way- no Mongaro shots for me- just 1-1.5 lb a week. I find I tire of entering calories day after day and meal after meal. How can I make it easier?

    Just one thing..............................make it HABITUAL. Log everyday. You're NOT tired of doing it. You CHOOSE not to do it after awhile. That's a habit. Change your habit.
