I don’t follow a typical approach with most things, so I also used the profile to jot down personal notes for myself. It was much easier than going back through specific food diary entries, especially when I was trying to track varieties for my goal of 30 different foods a week to support gut health. From a business perspective, it doesn’t make sense either. Previously, they had a unique selling point, but now they’re not much different from other apps, except for being slightly more user friendly, though less visually appealing. It’s only a matter of time before the competition catches up. They’ve lost the sense of community, and, on top of that, the personal touch of having a profile to use as you liked. My goal is to cut down on sugar. Eat more varieties and get more exercise 😊

I mean, I can count my calories and that's great, but how can we use the app to find like minded people, to get accountability or even just to share some progress ? I feel that I can't search for groups as I don't know anyone, I try to read the most active topics but I have yet found the opportunity to jump in something. I've been sending some friend requests, but I see now that they don't really add much. Is there an use case I am missing ?
