Ho-o-oly SMOKES! 30 lbs in 20 weeks is ambitious and quite possibly, dangerous 😅 Losing 1 lb/week is healthy, brother. Anything more than that, you're in famine zone. And this wonderful body of ours starts doing some "interesting" things in famine-mode.
In famine-mode, the body slows down the metabolism, which slows down your weight loss; it starts trying to shutdown all the time to conserve energy, so you become less active, less engaging; key energy hogs in the body, like your BRAIN, go into perpetual sleep mode. Be very careful.
I'll tell you what my mentors told me when I wanted to break the bank for I and my wife's wedding: "The wedding is only a day; the MARRIAGE is for life." Would you consider dialing back to maybe 2000 cals/day? That way you'll be able to think and function normally, but be able to still drop 20 lbs by May.
Have you tracked what you were already eating for a week? In my experience, this will help you identify the simple changes that can have a big effect.
