Hey guys, I hope you have all been good in August!
Welcome to the October Challenge.
Friday weighs all month as usual (now) and Im oign to set a challenge every fri so look out for it.
Your challenge this week is to do 30 Jumping jacks a day - this may not seem a lot to u fitties out there, but we have some people who may struggle and I want to keep it short and sweet so it doesnt feel like a chore.
So every friday please state:

I am on it for the month of October! I bought a coat that doesnt fit me now, but if i meet my goals for the next 2 months i will be able to fit! I live in South Korea right now and needed to get it from the US since no Korean sizes will ever fit me! lol So i really have no option but to fit this coat. I need it for a vacation in December!! So it is on!!!!
And i love the weekly challenge....here's to a great month!!!

I'm having trouble eating today - first time in a long time. But I did my 30 jumping jacks today and ran a 5k on the threadmill at 6 mph which I'm really happy about because I normally do 5.5 mph. Hope everyone's off to a great start!0
