Hi all,
I am a diabetic (T2) and have always been on the heavier side. My target is to lose about 30 kg (~65 lbs). I started running back in March 2024 and never focused on my diet and eating habits. To take this seriously, I'm here to make friends and get healthier together. Open to friend requests!

Welcome to MFP. I too am Type 2 and have been with MFP for 10 years on and off. For the past year I was on Weight Watchers but just hovered around the same weight I am at now with their points system. I came back to MFP because of my success previously. MFP is now my lifetime commitment to keep track and accountable to myself.0
