I will go another round!!
A little change up this month.
I am committing to 3 hours of purposeful
movement throughout the day. Prefer 1 hr morning, 1 hr midday, 1 hr evening.
Bike, walking, elliptical (havent done that one in a while) rower, total gym.
Walking will still be the main movement, but I want a little flexibility.
I am a lazy mover and it takes me 1 hour to do 6000 steps on the treadmill, longer if I am walking the house. Bike is 12 mph an hour.
I sit a lot so my commitment is to moving more, sitting less.
So far today
1 hr walking
1 hr bike
Aiming for 1 more hr tonight of walking.1 -
Halizabeth I dont know how my next week will go. Weather calling for teens F at night & upper 20’s daytime. We live way up in the mountains.
However husband can take Livy (dog) & me to cemetery & we can walk sev rounds. Then we can jump in car & come home when we’re too cold!

Thank you for the support @200karen and @jeanniewes I walked a couple of days so far. My replacement machine comes Saturday!2 -
I did not get in the 3rd hour on the 1st. But that is how it goes.
Yesterday was good.
30 mins bike
1 hr treadmill
2.5 hr walking at a local garden.
I feel good about spending time with family and seeing holiday lights, trees, plants and more.

FRIGID TEMPS...... snow light dusting BUT come FRIDAY weather calling for 4-6 inches in higher elevations...meaning ME! ......Have OLD treadmill that over heats if used too long. Going too TRY short 15 minute periods walking through out the day as temps are not too rise above freezing the next 8 days and then there's the promise of snow!
