    On weekends, I have the same breakfast: one container 2% Fage yogurt and one Chobani yogurt fruit drink (I like peach, mango, or strawberry-banana). This is just prior to my hour-long morning walk. My body seems to like that shot of sugar. Immediately after my walk I have two scoops of whey blended with water (chocolate or vanilla) and an RX bar.

    I cluster the bulk of my carbs around my workouts, and on weekends I work out in the morning.

    I just had a huge cup of coffee with Starbucks zero sugar creamer . I can't have sugar cuz I'm diabetic

    Black coffee

    Oats with soy milk, real peanut butter and some protein powder. Low effort, quick and so far haven't gotten tired of it!
