Hi there! I'm 43 primenopausal and have had 3 kids. I have been using this app for years and have always been able to loose weight. HOWEVER now that I'm in my 40s and dealing with hormones it has been extremely challenging. I really started focusing on my macros...protein is huge. So I'm lifting weights more and eating a ton of protein. Also, cortisone levels play a huge factor as well...we need sleep and yoga. Being primenopausal it can be difficult to sleep and our anxiety increases. Also take your vitamins! Multi, B12, B complex, collagen and D. You are not alone and it's important that us ladies talk about our struggles. You can do this!3

I am 42, have had two kids and suspect perimenopause. Truly so much more difficult now than ever before but I am determined as I’ve encountered many women who have fought the battle of the bulge at this age successfully. If they can do it, so can I!2

46 female and have quickly put on 30 pounds since Covid🫣
I’m 5’7” and just about 195, very happy and carry 165 well. Would love a stretch goal to 155 someday but honestly not that bothered.
No children but very much in peri and started HRT 2 months ago and highly(!!) recommend for all symptoms but hasn’t helped at all with weight. Worth it still
Been doing serious CICO and it just doesn’t budge at all like it did even 5 years ago.
Would love to connect with people in the same stage of life as it’s just not the same as even a few years back. Any of you other ladies ahead of me have any tips??
Thanks so much!0 -
42 years old, I believe perimenopausal. Weight doesn’t come off like it used to but I’m committed to the efforts.0
