Here, you're just talking with regular MFP users like you. We don't have special knowledge, we don't work for MFP, and most of us probably have our metaphorical hands full managing our own eating plans.
This web site will create a meal plan at custom calorie level in various styles, complete with recipes, and allow even more tweaking of settings if you sign up for a free account:

I'm sure there are other similar apps; I'm just giving this one as an example. I don't work for them, either, nor am I compensated in any way for linking that. I've just messed around with the free/no account needed functions out of curiosity. It's kind of swell, but not my jam.
If you'd like personal attention, you would want to find a registered dietitian. Some gyms, pharmacies, hospital systems, even grocery chains offer that as a service, sometimes even at an affordable cost.
Another option, if you can afford it, would be to sign up for a meal delivery service. Some are focused on nutrition or weight loss.
For myself, I don't want anyone telling me what to eat or when to eat it (impulsive aging hippie rebel, basically). I don't even know what I'm eating myself sometimes until I'm halfway through cooking it. Therefore, I used this approach, which is at the opposite end of the scale from a structured meal plan:

Best wishes!

Be wary of meal services. I’m seeing reports, including here from other users, that some that advertise as healthy or low cal, are neither.
Just do your homework.
My (hospital-affiliated) gym offered a service, vetted by their staff dietician, which had healthy meals. You had to pick them up from the gym, which also meant you might as well, you know, use the gym while you were there.
The meals available appeared tasty but were 3-4x what just grocery shopping would have cost. 🤷🏻♀️

The problem with meal plans is they don't address your dietary issues. Are you low protein, low fiber, too much sugar, portions too big, the list goes on. Logging foods you currently eat will help you learn these things. Tweak meals as you go, making improvements along the way.
