OMG. I’ve never heard of muffin tin or sheet pan pancakes.

    GENIUS!!!!!!!!

I need to think this out. I get so annoyed making a weeks worth of pancakes at once! My griddle only does six at a time. 🙃

I love breakfast and I'm a savory person so I like an egg sandwich.

In a skillet sprayed with cooking oil I make an omelet out of

1 whole egg plus 1 or 2 egg whites
1 or 2 slices of deli ham or 1 Ball Park Frank White Meat Turkey, sliced

spread 1 Laughing Cow Cheese wedge on 2 slices Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat toast

Its 308 calories 34% protein, net carbs 31% and 35% fat which I don't mind because it holds me over for hours before I can grab lunch

I don't eat eggs. Breakfast can be a challenge.
I buy a pound ground turkey and make 4 patties for the week

    Turkey Burger 93% 150 calories
Laughing Cow Spicy Pepper Jack Cheese Wedge 25 calories
Sauteed Arugula 1 cup 5 calories
    Light English Muffin 90 calories
    Sriracha
    270 calories total

I like Chia pudding, I use plant based milk, some fresh fruit, whatever I have onhand. I've totally eliminated Sweetener. Instead I use cinnamon, it sweetens naturally without adding extra calories, less than 7 per teaspoon. It also has great health benefits; such as positive effects on blood sugar, cholesterol levels, boosts the metabolism, and also increases leptin levels which can help control appetite.

My current hyper fixation breakfast meal:

2 slices of Sara Lee 45 calorie bread

I hard boil two eggs, mash those together with 1/2cup cottage cheese (I use good culture 2%). I season this with garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

I spread the mixture on the slices of bread, and then I put it in the air fryer for 5 minutes on 400°F.

Once out, I top it with a little bit of mixed greens drizzled with balsamic vinegar.

It ends up being 31g protein and about 310 calories. You could increase to protein by boiling 3 eggs and using just the egg whites.

I make egg bakes for my son and I and store them in the fridge. In 2-cup measuring cup, fill half with egg whites and rest of the way with whole eggs, blend. In a bowl mix about a cup of lean meat, (ground turkey sausage, chorizo, or canadian bacon) 1 cup chopped veggies, and 3/4 cup of shredded or crumbled cheese, pinch of pepper. Scoop into muffin tin, fill with egg mixture and bake at 350 for 25 minutes. They taste good and keep us full til lunch.

Thanks SO much for the sheet pan pancake idea!!!!!!

I just made eight large servings (330 cal each, 26+gr protein) in just a few minutes, tweaking my red velvet recipe.

I’m trying to get off sugar substitutes, so I added two ripe bananas for sweetness, and mixed them and all my wet ingredients in my Vitamix, and then added them to the dry ingredients.

This is life changing. Seriously…….i love my pancakes, I just hate making them.

When I have a particularly good day at the gym, my trainer always pops out with “so, you musta had your pancakes this morning!”

Oh! And I joke that I brush my pancakes with homemade cream cheese and a little chocolate syrup, roll them up and pretend they are Little Debbie Swiss Rolls. These will look the part!!! 😂😂

A serving of Fage Greek yogurt, a half scoop of your favorite protein powder, tablespoon of chia seeds, blueberries and strawberries
