I would love to join if it's not too late. My name is Katrina. I am 36 years old and a SAHM to two girls that are 4 and 2. I have 3 bulging discs in my lower back so exercise is a challenge but I am facingnthe reality that I just need to power through the pain and get this weight off. I truly believe that it will help my back pain in the long run. I look forward to meeting all of you.

Hello All! I hope you are all having a great weekend! I am looking forward to this challenge. It is my first so I hope it keeps me motivated. I have a tough month with baby showers and weddings, so it will be super important to keep myself on track.
When should we come back and weigh in each week? I usually weigh myself on Fridays, so if any day works I am going to keep doing that.

My starting weight: 92.2kg
My goal weight for October: 89.9kg
My self-challenge: complete a 5k run non stop. (currently at week 5 of c25k) and be a bit more focused on my meal portion sizes.0 -
I was going to do the 30 day shred but after trying to do it, I realized it is not realistic. So I and going to do this challenge. My name is Joan and I am 67. I can't get on the floor to do any of the ab crunches so I am going back to the WII Fitness and some other exercises that I used to do.
Starting weight yesterday was 185 lbs
My goal weight for the end of October is 179 lbs
My exercise goal is 5 times a week for 30 min.
I will not count the time I spend with my shelties doing agility training.
