Tazzy October Fitness Challenged

Rules are such
1. Drink at least 64 ounces of water(a must)
2. Complete food diary daily
3.Limit sodium to 1500-1800 miligrams only
4.Exercise 5 times a week at least 35-45 minutes
5.Take body measurement only on the area you really need to work on (me personally my hips)


Goal:
To lose 6 pounds in thirty days(1.5 pounds a week )
To lose 3 inches off hips, chest, thighs, stomach your choice but only one area and to lose three inches.

Please don't sign up unless you are serious,and if you sign up please befriend me so i can help motivate you along the way.

    oh! I would have liked to join but I guess my goals are different than is allowed in this challenge, cuz my sodium goal (set by MFP not me) is 2500. mine ranges anywhere from 1600-to the set amount.) oh well. good luck.

    I would love to join but today I was VERY VERY bad and my sodium levels are high. Can I still join if my sodium is kept low for the rest of the month???

    My current weight is: 172.5 lbs (maybe more today since I ate junk).

    Goal for October: Lose 5+ lbs

    MFP + TurboFire and running will be my tools and I drink Shakeology too. This is week 1 of prep for TurboFire for me, and I have a 10K running race next Sunday (Oct. 9)...I have not run much in the past few weeks since my 5K so I may end up walking some of it.

    Areas to work on:

    Waist - current measurement: 34.5 inches
    Hips - current measurement: 42.75 inches

    And I do NOT want to lose any more inches off my chest. lol. I know I have no control over that but it would be heartbreaking for me.

    im in my starting weight is 256 im working on my fat GUT! (Tummy) 45 inches.

    I pledge to:

    4.Burn 4000 calories a week
    5.To lose 6 pounds in thirty days(1.5 pounds a week ) EEK!
    6.To lose 3 inches off my waist
    7.watch carefully for Tazzy's tips on losing weight!!

    I CAN do this and I WILL do this, no matter what part of LIFE is happening!!.

    Tazzy, I am weighing in early. My mom is having surgery in the morning, nothing serious, but I'm afraid that if I don't do this now I may forget later.

    Also, I lost one inch off hips, pretty surprised about that. I've been able to stay under goal with calories and sodium and have exercised and kept my diary. You sure are keeping me on track!! Thanks a bunch!
