First post so please be nice!
So, hear me out: I was hungry but did not want to order out and the pantry had some salty girl snacks. I grabbed the can of mixed seafood and sardines, chopped cilantro, onions, tomato and celery, juiced half a lemon, a dash of Trader Joe’s mushroom seasoning and voilá. The picture is not cute as I had already started digging in and I’m eating in the kids table 😅. The Back to Nature crackers make it easy to shovel into your mouth. The meal reminds me of going to the park with my mom and having tuna ceviche under a shady tree on a summer day. This would be perfect for a light lunch or dip-type appetizer.

Yum! Way to go getting inventive with the pantry! I adore ceviche, and I'm not judging on the use of the can!0
