Hi everyone!! I am new to joining groups on MFP I have been a member for a long time, but have not used the boards before. I really need some motivation to get back to finding my MOJO again. I have fallen down and am having diffuculty getting back up!! I once lost 85 lbs with WW, reached my goal and have endured some life roadblocks that have gotten in the way causing me to gain back almost 30 lbs.
THIS IS JUST WHAT I NEEDED!!! Is it OK for me to join in a week later????

I went ahead and logged my weigh in... up 6 lbs in 2 weeks (I didn't weigh in last week). So, aparently my TOM plus the passing of my friend hurt my weight loss progress. I'm pretty discouraged because I still tried to stay focused, and I still exercised and watched what I ate, but aparently not good enough. I walked my son to school yesterday and I went to the gym last night, so hopefully I can do better this week.
