I’ve honestly been looking for some high calorie meals and I can’t find very many the highest I’ve found is 500 calories and 4 meals is honestly not enough any meals you guys can recommend ?

Anything you want, including lots of fats. I have a hard time limiting my meals to 500.0 -

Curry over rice is a good one. Fried chicken. A big steak with potatos are some ideas0 -
Ground beef/ground turkey with various beans and some vegetables is a good one I've been making. I prepare 2 pounds of the meat with one can of black beans and.one can of red kidney beans or borracho beans. I usually toss in a bunch of kale with canned diced tomatoes and onions, but you can put in any kind of vegetables you want. Season as desired, and even add some diced potatoes to up the calorie amount. Serve it with some rice and corn tortillas.0

Are you talking about home cooked meals or shop bought?1 -
Bulking macros are best dealt with by watching the pros and their macros. A good rule of thumb is 40/40/20,
40% Protein/40% Carbs/ 20% Fats
For every lb of muscle gained, add 50 calories to your maintenance calories, so when you’ve added a stone, which can be done in a year of intense training and correct macros/calorie intake, make sure that you’re at least 700 calories per day over where you started from.
The very big bodybuilders don’t have to be so careful about their calorie intake, because their metabolism is like a furnace.
If you’re a hard gainer, which means that your metabolism is also like a furnace, you must also eat at least 500 calories above maintenance and watch your progress.
If you’re bulking you’re obviously bodybuilding. If so, it will help if you steer clear of shop bought meals (nasty additives) and concentrate on eating clean with only one cheat day per week.0
