Steps not syncing from Fitbit

Hello,
Today my steps are not syncing from my Fitbit . I disconnected and reconnected all looks good. Is this a known issue?

    @chris_in_cal Just want to be super clear; seeking suggestions and perspective is very welcome. If 100 people are having the same problem and sound the alarm, that's usually indicative of a bigger problem and is legitimately helpful to us.

    The caveat here being that the vast majority of the time, we are dealing with a single-user-issue or a bug that requires personal troubleshooting that I can't provide on a forum- so if you don't write in to support there's nothing we can do to help you.

    So please, by all means continue letting us know when you're having an issue here, but if I direct you to support it's not because I don't care or don't want to help- it's actually the opposite.

    Everything was fine yesterday. no exercise calories showing up today. Disconnected and reconnected and it still isn't working.

    I have tried resetting, revoking, deleting and reinstalling, turning my phone off and on again, disconnecting and reconnecting and I still can’t get my fitness pal to read my Fitbit steps. Help?!

    Same!!!! I'm glad it's not just me. Hopefully they fix it soon. I've even tried going through the Google health connect on my phone and even with that, it's hit or miss!

    Same here. I have force stopped both apps, deleted both apps, redownloaded both apps, deleted all other health apps ( ex. Health Connect, Google Fit), then repaired fitbit and MFP. When MFP finally recognizes fitbit, it shows yesterday step count. This is quite frustrating especially since I pay for premium account.

    Fitbit steps have stopped syncing to MFP on 1 February 2025 again. MFP is showing steps from yesterday with a negative 300 calories adjustment. Same again last night. 3owqszbzikbw.jpeg

    My husband and I both have Fitbits and are having the same issue. We have both installed and reinstalled our devices and steps are still not syncing up to MFP accounts

    Had the same issue yesterday and looks like again today. It’s showing yesterdays steps and not taking away any calories.
