I've just recently starting doing zumba for my cardio exercise and I'm not sure how to log it. Do you guys have any suggestions?

You have to add it in for your exercise...here's a site to have a guesstimate of what you might have lost

    http://www.zumbacalories.com/

But you might need to look into an HRM to really get the accurate calories lost..hope this helps:flowerforyou:
  • For anyone interested...I wear a heart rate monitor and calorie calculator during Zumba and I consistently burn 1000 calories in 1 hour. I am 29, 5ft 7in and weight 164lbs.
