Commit nicotine lozenges. They work, but you will still be addicted to nicotine. It's a nice way to back it down, until you can give up nicotine all together.

I myself have quit smoking and it is the BEST thing I have done to date !!
Many times before this attempt I tried and failed but this time around it is different, I knew in my mind it would be my last packet of smokes, the last time i took a drag the last however many £'s I would spend on a packet !

Before I even quit I was so so determined so I would say if you have if's and but's in your mind it may not work however try your hardest !

It has been 90 days since I quit I have not had a puff and i can be with people who do smoke !

I wont lie I gained around 10-15lbs when I quit + starting a new desk job did not help...

However I decided this was it I went totally cold turkey ( I realize this isn't the option for everyone) Go to your GP's and ask for help such as champix or other alternatives, go to your local pharmacy and they sometimes have free quit smoking sessions ! Buy patches, gum or inhaler experiment see what works best for you !

As for the weight make the right choices from day one, controlled portions, chew gum if craving instead of reaching for high calorie snacks, get walking it will keep you active both physically and mentally !

Add me if you like ! The extra support goes a long way !
