Hi. I'm 43 and in recovery from alcohol for 5 months 7 days. I died due to complications from alcohol Abuse and have a lot of health issues regarding my GI. Looking for fellow members who are looking to get and stay healthy.

    I’m going through something similar as you. I know how hard sobriety can be so congrats on 5 months and 7 days. Keep going and stay strong you got this!

    Hi Brandy,
    I've been sober now for 30 days, which was also when I decided to make other healthier choices in my life. The first 2 weeks were really difficult for me. I am happy to be on similar journey and I am looking to make friends.
