A1C dropped

In Oct my A1C was 5.9 I was pre-diabetic. I started eating healthier, exercising, losing weight. I had labs a few days ago, my A1C is now 5.6 putting me in the normal range. I reversed the pre-diabetes. This was a huge accomplishment! I’m going to continue eating healthy and exercising, losing more lbs to keep that A1C down.

Congratulations - sounds like a great start to 2025!!
I'm an insulin-dependent diabetic, and using the app to get feedback about the foods I eat has been enlightening. I've been able to drop my A1C, use less insulin, and lose weight.4 -
