Hi, I'm Ayla! I'd like to get a group of people to participate in a 15 day challenge to stay dedicated to whatever workout and diet plan you have in mind. Comment if you'd like to join and we'll start today! Check in daily for accountability. Let's get to it!

I’ll join you starting tomorrow.
I will check in each evening to record what I have done to get my body moving and fueling my body with better food choices.
I’ll be watching for your updates as well to keep us motivated.

Checking in! I did a leg workout yesterday and I walked on the treadmill for 20 minutes and did a back and shoulder circuit this morning. I ate a sourdough egg sandwich for lunch and probably some fish for dinner!0

Day 1 check in. 25 minutes of boxing and tennis on Wii. Ate better than usual. Trying to eat in 9am to 5 pm time frame. A lot of walking at volunteering tonight. Drank more water0

Hi from New Zealand.
I’d like to join to stay accountable.
I have 20kg or 44pounds to lose.
Yesterday can be my day 1:
was ok until about 5pm which is when my ‘wants’ override my goals.
Dinner was ok but drank wine which I know hinders weight loss, then got the munchies and had cheese and crackers after dinner which wasn’t smart.
Today I will drink more water, get more steps and do some arm exercises, if I’m snacks after dinner I can have an apple1 -
