Hi I’m a new member

Hi I’m Ashley. I’m 33yrs old male. Struggle to lose weight. I’m not good at all sticking to any diets or calorie counting or anything tbh lol I’m here today trying to start a new chapter and lose weight. I don’t care what the numbers say on the scale it’s more feeling comfortable and making my job easier as I’m a bricklayer and because me and misses want to set a date next year on wedding. So any advice on trying to stick and stay on track and not slip of the wagon I be much appreciated.
Also looking for friends and groups that I could join to maybe read or speak to on a daily basis to keep me on track.

Thankyou for your time.

Hi Ashley. I'm a daily user. Congrats on your pending wedding. There isn't a way to circumvent learning a new way of eating. Tracking calories isn't overly difficult once you get the hang of it. Perhaps you can even get your fiancée on board.

Fortunately you can start by making small changes in your routine so that you can maintain the changes you make. I would suggest buying a kitchen scale and research food that you will enjoy making/eating.
