What's your thoughts on the diet drugs Ozempic, etc?
The part about how it removes/shuts down the "food noise" sounds really good right now.
It feels like I'm always thinking about food:
- what food to eat
- what food to NOT eat
- what food to cook
- when I can eat certain food, etc (I pre-plan my "cheat meal")...
I'm not going to take any drugs.
But it'd be nice not having all these food call my name all the time.

Wegovy is an awesome medicine! The research is coming in about all sorts of benefits. I am a science buff and I love medicines!

I had made a "healthy" chocolate chia seed pudding. Nope, not tasty at all.
So I treated myself to some ice cream. And I enjoyed every bite.
I had a great tough 6am weight training session, and I tried a great tough 12noon barre/pilates class, so I fit in a little treat.
I'll be back on track tomorrow.

I've just seen this challenge! For the past two weeks I've curbed my late night snacking and have started intermittent fasting two days a week. I do feel better, but it was hard at first. I think my snacking is definitely a habit. Now my problem is I snack more after work. Am trying to have a better lunch to combat this0

LNS nullifies all my hard work all day, so when I can get LNS under control, I am more successful with my weight loss.

I brushed my teeth, put in my nighttime mouthguard and am in bed WAY early.
Because if I linger around the kitchen, it'll be a floodgate.
Hubby brought home these amazing HUGE cookies and I am so low will-power right now, I would totally eat all 4 of them.

I find eating healthy high protein meals and snacks does the trick. But those temptation can definitely sneak up on you, last night it was also crackers 🤩0 -
