Help!
I lead a sedentary life, work in office and otherwise I am a couch potato.
2 months ago I moved, and now I walk on average 10000 steps per work day / about 65- 70 minutes per day as part of my commute.
I have linked my FITBIT to this app.
Do I add this commute walking as an exercise?0 -

With your Fitbit linked to MFP, it should notice the calories you burn with that walking (plus everything else you do while wearing it, which I hope you're doing nearly 24x7 for best results from linking). Given that, you shouldn't need to add the walking as an exercise.
