Banana Butterscotch Drops

3 ripe medium banana, smashed
1 (18.25oz) box yellow cake mix (like Betty Crocker Super Moist)
2 cups old-fashioned oats
1 cup butterscotch baking chips

+Preheat oven to 350*
+Spray cookie sheets with nonfat cooking spray
+Mash the bananas with a mixer on medium speed for one minute. Add cake mix & continue mixing for 11/2 - 2 minutes, until all ingredients are well blended.
+With wooden spoon stir in the oatmeal & chips. Stir until well blended.
+With a measuring spoon, drop rounded teaspoonfuls of cookie dough onto prepared cookie sheet..
+Bake for 14-15 minutes or until the bottoms are golden brown.
+makes 6 dozen cookies
Cals:53; Fat 1g; Carbs 10g; Protein 1g; Sodium 49mg
Mine turned out a bit higher because I used a Ginger Evans brand mix. I also didn't have enough b'scotch chips, so I used milk choco & p'but butter. They are very good.
