Good beginner low intensity YouTube workouts

Hi all,
I am looking for some new workout videos! While I prefer to walk outside, it is not always possible depending on the weather. So I like to have backups of things I can do indoor.
I need actual beginner workouts. Not ones where they SAY it is a beginner workout but then expect you to be able to keep up for an hour at super high intensity.
Also, it needs to be low intensity. I deal with pelvic floor issues and ankle issues, plus I live in an apartment. While there is no one below me, I still like to be mindful of the noise I am making.
So give me your favorite options!

Have you considered a progressive strength training for which you might not need more than a floor mat and possible a towel or a chair? No video, just the workout at your own pace. And once you manage it fairly ok you increase intensity by doing a slightly more advanced exercise. Convict Conditioning comes to mind, or the Reddit Recommended Routine: https://www.reddit.com/r/bodyweightfitness/wiki/kb/recommended_routine1

Maybe you know this, since I know you're not new here: Among the most common routines I've seen recommended here are Leslie Sansone's indoor walking workouts on YouTube, or Yoga with Adriene on YouTube, both of which have beginner content. Whether it's beginner enough for you is going to be a somewhat individual issue, of course, but those might be something to consider if you're not already using them.
Regardless of age, some of the "for seniors" content can be useful for anyone, because some of it is limited intensity. Silver Sneakers and AARP both have some good gentle beginner content, IME.1 -
Take a look at the app "Just Fit". Good ideas on that app1

Years ago, I did some core and band routines from PopSugarFitness on YouTube, which is now called "PS Fit," I find. They were great! (I've pretty much memorized the parts of the routines I liked, so I don't play the videos anymore.) They have a lot of beginner content with a range of fitness approaches.

Is Fitness Blender still on YouTube? They have some very low level beginner type plans that use little to no equipment.1

There are some Leslie Sansone walking videos on YouTube. Those are my go-to cardio when I don't want to wake anyone and it is too cold/wet to walk outdoors.
