You know it’s that time of year. Just started the process. Calories still the same, starting with increasing cardio and aiming for 10K steps per day. Once I’m there I’ll throw my 48 year old update in the Dad Bod thread. Goal is to finish the lean out by mid May.1 -

You know it’s that time of year. Just started the process. Calories still the same, starting with increasing cardio and aiming for 10K steps per day. Once I’m there I’ll throw my 48 year old update in the Dad Bod thread. Goal is to finish the lean out by mid May.
Same - It will be easier to get the steps up now it’s starting to warm up - my bulk was a bit of a failure - got too dirty and too much alcohol and put on a bit too much fat - so gonna try to get a little leaner than last year by hopefully end of June and plan to try more of a main/gain phase rather than a full on bulk - will see how it goes1 -

Dirty bulks are hella fun. Especially for the first couple months until things start to spill over. Last several years I’ve stuck with the lean bulk.1 -
