Never give up, and never quit. :)
Healthier eating here. High nutrient smoothies, avoiding refined anything, low sodium everything.
    Weight 234 this am.

Im back on low carb. Eating lots of salads. Lots of chicken breasts. Lots of salmon, but cutting that back to 2 times a week. I invested in some portion containers for things like dressing, sunflower seeds, sugarless jello, etc.

I've been on this site several times before. Every time I delete my account I do well for a while but then I gain weight. It's all about the diet. I really don't feel like food journaling but if I don't I'll over eat and eat poorly.

I've been doing keto for almost a year, alongside a 30% calorie deficit, i am currently 109lbs down from my 310lb starting weight. It is a mindset for sure, but make sure you're not fully restricting yourself. There are so many low carb alternatives now. Something i have learned i have realised after 15+ years of yo-yo dieting and nothing sticking for this long, is not to ignore cravings, instead i switch to a low carb alternative. If i want to have a charcuterie night with my friends, i make some low carb flatbread (the Tasty one is 10/10 to the point that i make LOADs as they want some too), if i want some ice cream, i mix high fat greek yoghurt (fage 5% is my go-to) with some frozen raspberries (mix it fast enough and it freezes slightly into soft serve type of dessert. Linea6, while pricey, has pasta which the closest low carb pasta alternative (2.5g of carbs per 100g of pasta) i have found and it is delicious with a creamy cheese sauce for mac and cheese. Snacks have always been string cheese, chicken bites and babybels (tiny cheese wheels we have here in the UK) when i am feeling peckish.

You've got this girl! Each day is a new challenge, but do not give up!
