6'0" and I'm thinkin 200lbsish, seems like a nice round number. Under that, I look really good, over that I start to lose definition. I also think the average guy is like 180 or so, but I'm taller then most.
The least I've weight in 10yrs is 178, but was super-hard to maintain. I can hover around 190-200 though.

I am 5'6" and my goal weight is 150-155. It's near the top of my range, but if I went down to 130 I'd be practically emaciated.
In college, my roommate and I could wear all of each other's clothing. We even had the same bra style/size. Back then we were both size 8, 36C. And I weighed 20 pounds more than she did.
I'm pretty sure I have lead in my bones instead of marrow.0 -
I am 4'11 and 3/4. My goal weight is 115. I am currently 124.6. I don't see much difference in the mirror yet, but my clothes feel better and I feel lighter!! Seems like the last 10 lbs are the hardest. I started at 130.0

I am 5'4" large frame and muscular, my goal weight is 130 lbs to 150 lbs (59 kg to 68 kg)or size 6 US to 8 US jeans (8 UK to 10 UK). Currently I am a size 10 US (12 UK) and 180 lbs (82 kg).
Same here. I'm 5'4", large frame and fairly muscular (at least in my legs). Goal weight of around 150, which is still classified as an overweight BMI... Last time I was 150 (when I was about 17 - same height), though, I was a size 14. Right now at right around 200 pounds I'm closing in on being a 14. Interesting how bodies can change over time.0 -

5'2" and a very small frame. My goal is 108. My healthy weight range is 101-134. I've been 108 before and was not at all skin and bones. I loved myself at that weight. I have two pictures of myself at that weight to motivate me!0

I do not have a goal weight anymore, I have a goal body fat %. Since I started strenght training, I lost many inches but my weight is going up.
VERY true. I'm afraid my scale won't move or it will go up. SOOO I would like to go from 24% BMI to 20%-18% BMI whether I'm still 120 or whatever I would be fine with that BMI verses weighing 110.0 -
I am 5'5" and weigh 149.2 pounds. I wear a size 5 (between a 4 and 6) and look pretty good in clothes. I am considered to be at the very upper edge of a healthy BMI. But I still have belly fat and tricep fat and some other pinch-an-inch areas, and believe I need to lose another 10-15 pounds.
So I have recently moved to eating at maintenance and will be starting the P90X this week. The plan is to reshape what I currently have, rather than just lose indescriminate pounds.0 -
