3/7: 154.0 ๐Wooo made it under 155! Wearing the shirt I am going to throw away today. Itโs one of my hubbyโs shirts that even has a small hole at counter height. So itโs time to let go. I also treated myself to two new shirts off TikTok shop and bought my old sizes in them so I have something to look forward to wearing. I did my 200 minutes of peddling under my desk all week and walked an hour over lunch with my coworkers every day. I had protein shakes and protein yogurt for lunch everyday and kept calories in check. Today I am taking a half day at work and going to take the dogs for a nice 4 mile walk and then making tuna salad sandwiches for dinner. Got to stay strong through the weekend!

Hi, I'm Darlene and am back for another month. I am working my way through the maintenance phase of my journey. I weigh weekly, and record my accomplishments daily. I started this journey in January 2023 and lost 90 pounds. I reached my goal weight in October 2024, went back over my goal in November and then back to my December and have maintained for January and February. This was the first group that joined on MFP and holds a special place in my heart.

I do a week of Indigenous Eating in November/try to eat foods native to America. This month I'm challenging myself to eat an early European diet. I'll see if I lose 5 lbs!;)March 1- 140 (cold plate w/mozzarella, olives, toast and salad greens / soup)

Hi All,
I'm back for another month.
I'm a 47 year old, 5' 2", busy mom of 5. I lost 40 pounds and then flirted with my goal weight for almost a year. The scale was going steadily up for several months, so I'm bringing it back down. I'd love to get to my goal weight of 120-123 in the next couple months and then *maintain* it.

We were discussing what he could do work-wise to help further my reno project along. I should not have had dessert with my dinner. It was a moment of weakness. Otherwise, my meals were not too bad but probably loaded with the typical restaurant sodium. Today is hair appointments with DS and DGS and myself. I will take them out to dinner but will probably not eat until I get home. Nephew will come today to work on a project. I know that I will not always be perfect but I will be persistent. Back at it today.

March 8: logged food and got in my water. Below calorie and protein goal which wasnโt good. Did my Pilates video. Steps 3,153. There was really no excuse for this. It was a beautiful day and I should have gotten out for a walk. My energy level has been zapped lately. Maybe itโs the stress of the new job, I donโt know, but I have been beyond exhausted. Hoping to get out today!

3/9: 152.6I have no idea what my scale is doing, but it can keep doing it lol. So far this weekend I have stayed under my calorie goals. Yesterday I went to Samโs and spent way too much in high protein foods for this journey. Then we went tk a friends who made homemade tortillas and fajitas so who could say no to that. I kept it at 2 even though I could have eaten 4 lol. Then they made me a Paloma with a chamoy/Tajรญn rim so I made sure to count those calories as well. We just sat and chilled while all our 5yo boys ran feral so it was a good time.ย

Hi all! I'm joining this challenge for March. 140 lbs this morning..goals of 135.
I do a week of Indigenous Eating in November/try to eat foods native to America. This month I'm challenging myself to eat an early European diet. I'll see if I lose 5 lbs!;)March 1- 140 (cold plate w/mozzarella, olives, toast and salad greens / soup)

I'm a 47 year old, 5' 2", busy mom of 5. I lost 40 pounds and then flirted with my goal weight for almost a year. The scale was going steadily up for several months, so I'm bringing it back down. I'd love to get to my goal weight of 120-123 in the next couple months and then *maintain* it.

What's up guys! First time here at MFP and in this thread. 31 years old and in the worst shape of my life. Trying to get everything back together!
Goals for this year:
- Becoming more mindful of my health and wellness. Focusing on putting health and self-care first.
- Getting back to exercising every day

- Cutting way back on the amount of alcohol consumed

ok so Iโm up a couple kg - this is often where my weight ends up quickly back to the beginning. Not this time. I refuse to go back to 115kg - 253lb. Iโve been stuck for so long at 102/103kg and it just wonโt budge! Itโs really hard to consistently eat low calorie.

March 10: met calorie and water goal. Under protein goal. Walked with my friend and got in 7,135 steps, so I met my step goal! Iโm hoping the nicer weather will help me get over the sheer exhaustion from work and I can stay motivated once I get home since itโs lighter later. Although Iโm not a fan of getting up when itโs dark! Canโt wait for earlier sunrises!
@ozdeelite do you have any other guidelines around your food other than a calorie goal? ie protein, low carb etc? Foods not a one size fits all, but I found that when I started incorporating more protein in my diet and limiting myself to healthy carbs it was game changer for me. I also try to rid of processed foods and eat more clean. The struggles are real, but I know you can do itโฆyouve come this far!!

Weighed in 3 pounds less today than I did yesterday. Was very healthy all day yesterday, ate good meals and didnโt have any extra sugars, processed meals or alcohol so was able to cut out all the junk and spent a good but of time exercising. Hopefully can keep it going today!5 -
