3/8- 167.8Pizza and a beer for dinner last night and probably too many dried mangoes ( my weak spot) but it was good.
For the last few days my knees are just aching , both knees and not just my bad knee. Its a different ache than what I have experience in the past so I don't know what is going on. I started a second cycle of BPC 157/TB500 about two weeks ago which really helped me last time , so I am hoping it kicks in soon.
I have alot to do today so I took a Meloxicam to help lessen the pain for the day so I can hopefully get through my day without feeling like a crippled old lady. 😎☀️⭐☀️⭐

I guess using bullet points is the way to avoid spacing! Not much of a drop so far in March but hormones and extra exercise are causing a lot of water retention. This will ease up. I am super excited to see warmer weather coming

3/9: 152.6I have no idea what my scale is doing, but it can keep doing it lol. So far this weekend I have stayed under my calorie goals. Yesterday I went to Sam’s and spent way too much in high protein foods for this journey. Then we went tk a friends who made homemade tortillas and fajitas so who could say no to that. I kept it at 2 even though I could have eaten 4 lol. Then they made me Paloma with a chamoy/Tajín rim so I made sure to count those calories as well. We just sat and chilled while all our 5yo boys ran feral so it was a good time.

I have also really fallen off my tracking of calories.. The day just gets away from me lately. Need to buckle down on that..

March 10: 150Mostly healed from a tweak in my lower back (chiropractic & PT at home working). Thank you @ManifestingToday. That is a great video with very helpful gentle stretches. But I really missed out on movement all last week. Started walking again yesterday - more scheduled along with light weights this week.

I wasn't feeling good over the last couple of days & not eating much. I expect to little gain back once I'm back to feeling like my normal self. I'm hating this new formatting BTW! It's driving me nuts. I even tried the copy from another app & paste... still double spaced my weighs. Urrrrgh.

3/11-168.4-Winter has arrived again here.. cold and snowy but no accumulation thankfully.
I am finding that I am doing ok with food during the day but evening time I am overeating and giving in to sweet cravings. I need to go back to having herbal tea after dinner. DISCIPLINE
Back to tracking last few days so that always helps, even though its a drag to do it. Seems like if I don't I mess up.

3/11: 152.2Still a drop. Feel so bloated today. I had a half day yesterday so did 30 minutes of yoga, 4.5 miles (90 minute) walk with the dogs, another 60 minute walk with coworkers, 30 minutes under desk peddling, and then 20 minutes of running bases for tball practice. Today I managed a 60 minute walk with coworkers and that’s it. Work had me super stressed and angry today so no peddling and I feel like bumming around so I am. Just trying to not say f it to the diet and all of it so chugging water and distancing myself from the fridge. Staying under calories still.
