    Pizza and a beer for dinner last night and probably too many dried mangoes ( my weak spot) but it was good.

    For the last few days my knees are just aching , both knees and not just my bad knee. Its a different ache than what I have experience in the past so I don't know what is going on. I started a second cycle of BPC 157/TB500 about two weeks ago which really helped me last time , so I am hoping it kicks in soon.

    I have alot to do today so I took a Meloxicam to help lessen the pain for the day so I can hopefully get through my day without feeling like a crippled old lady. 😎☀️⭐☀️⭐

    I guess using bullet points is the way to avoid spacing! Not much of a drop so far in March but hormones and extra exercise are causing a lot of water retention. This will ease up. I am super excited to see warmer weather coming

    Hey it’s Kristin, 5’3 and 36. Here are my goals

    145- throw out three shirts, throw out one hoodie *these are shirts that shrunk too short for my hubby to wear lol

    I have no idea what my scale is doing, but it can keep doing it lol. So far this weekend I have stayed under my calorie goals. Yesterday I went to Sam’s and spent way too much in high protein foods for this journey. Then we went tk a friends who made homemade tortillas and fajitas so who could say no to that. I kept it at 2 even though I could have eaten 4 lol. Then they made me Paloma with a chamoy/Tajín rim so I made sure to count those calories as well. We just sat and chilled while all our 5yo boys ran feral so it was a good time.

    What went well this week - I incorporated more fruit and vegetables and resisted any potato chips or cookies.
    What I didn’t intend: Had wine this week but counted all calories; too many calories!

    Mostly healed from a tweak in my lower back (chiropractic & PT at home working). Thank you @ManifestingToday. That is a great video with very helpful gentle stretches. But I really missed out on movement all last week. Started walking again yesterday - more scheduled along with light weights this week.

    I wasn't feeling good over the last couple of days & not eating much. I expect to little gain back once I'm back to feeling like my normal self. I'm hating this new formatting BTW! It's driving me nuts. I even tried the copy from another app & paste... still double spaced my weighs. Urrrrgh.

    Winter has arrived again here.. cold and snowy but no accumulation thankfully.

    I am finding that I am doing ok with food during the day but evening time I am overeating and giving in to sweet cravings. I need to go back to having herbal tea after dinner. DISCIPLINE

    Back to tracking last few days so that always helps, even though its a drag to do it. Seems like if I don't I mess up.
