Your link to the next challenge didn't work for me on my PC. In fact, it was almost as if a virus had entered and I had to restart my computer using CTL, ALT, DEL. I did finally get in on the challenges page. Here's the link for those who would rather use it.

I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out since we have our Grandson every morning. He's 2 years old and a pistol!!

I have been very stagnant the last few weeks, but went on my first lengthy walk yesterday in a long time and it felt great. Congrats to everyone who has made it this far and is still continuing on!!!
