Ate 1/2 an egg today, still 82g cholesterol 2 grams of fat smh

I don't see the problem… cholesterol and fat are not some evil boogie men that are going to keep you from being healthy.

Cholesterol in food doesn't raise your cholesterol, and fat is not the enemy. Being worried about half an egg is a bit of a red flag for an over restrictive mindset, to be honest.

I couldn't agree more with this.
Fat contains essential nutrients, essential fatty acids (EFAs), so we need to eat some fat for reasonable health. While a minority of people with the genetic condition of familial hypercholesterolemia (estimated around person in 250) may need to limit cholesterol intake, it's not a big deal for most others, within reason: It needn't be zero cholesterol intake.

You still need to eat some fat, though the mainstream advice would be to minimize saturated fat and prefer fats from things like nuts, seeds, nut butters, olive oil, oily fish (such as salmon, mackerel, and sardines), and similar.
Zero cholesterol intake is probably not possible, but it can be minimized.
Eating foods with soluble fiber may be helpful. Examples of those are oats; beans of many types; fruits like apples or pears; veggies like avocado, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes; chia seeds; and more. Regular exercise may also be helpful.
If you're unclear about what to eat, and your doctor gave you minimal guidance (as it sounds like happened), ask for a referral to a registered dietitian to help you with eating plans.
