Your link to the next challenge didn't work for me on my PC. In fact, it was almost as if a virus had entered and I had to restart my computer using CTL, ALT, DEL. I did finally get in on the challenges page. Here's the link for those who would rather use it.

Thank you,
!
I'm Chris - 74 year old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion...
...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.
My husband and I are retired.
I see my trainer for 60 mins three days a week and try to walk the other four days. The walking doesn't always work out since we have our Grandson every morning. He's 2 years old and a pistol!!

03/01-196.4 (Trend Weight: 196.4)-
03/05-195.6(Trend Weight: 196.2)- Yesterday was the best day I’ve had in Forever. Meals have been good but those snacks were so much better than they have been lately. I did try to slow down my eating but kept forgetting. I’ll keep working on that. I need to work harder on exercise and movement. I’m really trying to make a lot of changes that get me back in the game. My weight is being stubborn. It did not change one iota overnight after such a good day yesterday. However, “Good things come to those who wait”. I must remember that. I am down 2.2 lbs in March so there is some progress for which I am very grateful. However, my starting weight was much lower than where I’m at now and that is disappointing. I know I’ve had a lot of challenges this round, but I also know I can do better and I will!
03/12 193.6 (Trend Weight: 195.9)- 🍀🍀🍀 I made an amateur mistake yesterday. Due to a few hours of obligations & errands I did not eat my first meal, lunch, until 5:00 p.m. Dinner is usually around 7:30 or 8:00 but I wasn’t yet hungry. So I thought, “Wow, I can probably just skip dinner then and maybe have a better scale reading tomorrow.” I had pre-logged in the morning so when I got hungry around 10:30 or 11:00 I went straight to my snacks because that is usually when I eat them. (I stay up very late). I ended up overeating snacks going above & beyond what I had pre-logged because I was starving by then. Why, oh why did I not just eat my dinner instead even though it was later than normal? Am I not adaptable to changed situations? Or am I THAT addicted to my snack foods which serve as treats to me? The dinner food would have been more fulfilling and healthier! In retrospect, I think I should have grabbed a snack in the afternoon while running (almonds or such) and skipped it last night choosing my dinner instead. I’m glad to see a 1 lb drop today on the scale over my weight yesterday, but this is NOT the way to do it. I must admit, all those snacks were not within plan or healthy. I remained under calories due to missing the meal but I’m sure the carbs were WAY over. Lesson learned. Otherwise, it was a better week. Down 2 lbs total over last week’s weight. Down 4.2 for the month of March but nowhere near total challenge goal.

Right direction, happy with the loss. Hope I can keep it up.
I got to exercise twice last week. I don't exercise hard, so the physical doesn't count for much. But the improvement on my outlook on life works wonders!

When I weigh less, I feel better. I know this.. My 91 yo. dad passed away on March 5th and leading up to that, knowing he wasn’t doing well, I just lost the motivation to track my food etc. I’ll get back on track and do better. I’ll admit, I am disappointed. I realize I set an unrealistic goal for myself too. I need to make some changes. 😉2 -
I'm so sorry for the loss of your father. May you find comfort and light in the best memories.

Hi everyone,
Happy Weekend! The scale said 159 on Thursday. That's not great, but I'm placing to be extra careful over the next five days for my fresh reset on Thursday, March 20th, the first day of SPRING!🌱
I will check back in then.
Enjoy your day
💞 Carole

By the way, I still plan to post before/after scale app stats and measurements on Thursday, March 20th, even it shows no improvement or even a setback. I'm going to be completely honest and will set my sights forward to my summer goals! 🌷
