3/13: 151.6Still trucking! Still feeling bloated. According to calendar TOM is 3-4 days away so just need to stay the course during that as I know I will see minimal scale movement and then it will drop off. As long as I stay within calories I can mentally fight the scale. Also my son decided to share a cold so that’s fun. We are having a build your own potato bar at work so I plan on meat and veggies only and avoiding the potato or maybe only half a potato. Def avoiding the cheeses and butters. No walking with coworkers today though bc of lunch. So I will have to get some under the desk peddling in.

3/14- 166.6My leg day didn't go great yesterday. I am having some issues with a really tight hamstring. I literally can't do a hamstring curl right now with my left leg.. muscle just won't contract with even the smallest amount of weight. Its very painful so maybe pulled muscle or something? I know both Hamstrings were very sore last week but I could not figure out what was causing it . So for my workout I did some other excercises and spent some time stretching .
Sure glad its Friday. Exhausting week at work which seems to becoming the norm for the last month. Too many internal changes and lots of upheaval. I have vacation coming up next Friday so I am counting the days. Off to visit my sister and parents where the sun will be shining . I can't wait.
@ManifestingToday - those little blips that go up are very frustrating especially after a series of steady drops. all we can do is stay focused right?
@dannytrees1 - nice comeback..keep up the good work! Now that weather is improving I suspect you will be busier with outside acitivities on your farm..

Woo almost to my next goal of throwing three shirts away! I think I need to do some ab work and it’s not actually bloat lol. Scale is dropping but love handles are staying firm lol. It’s genetics though, even when I was 126lbs I always hated how I looked in bikinis bc of the damn love handles. Anyways weekends tend to be more sedentary for me so I plan on keeping calories tight and using my stationary bike whenever I get a chance. Halfway through the month! We got this!4 -

3/15-167.2We did a sort of fast food at home night last night. We did taco seasoned chicken bites, tater tots and I had a weird craving for spring rolls so I had some frozen ones in the freezer. Weird dinner for sure .
Going to finish my coffee , down a protein shake and get my workout done for the day. Then we have a birthday get together tonight .
It snowed overnight so that's sort of annoying but its only supposed to be a few inches and will hopefully melt quickly. March is so fickle.

@dannytrees1 I’m the same way, when the weight loss slows it’s such a drag but then I remember I haven’t seen 180 in a while and it makes me happy. I remember when I was glad not to see 190 anymore!
