What’s the best way to lose fat from your hips?

I’ve bought that weighted hula hoop band that was popular on TikTok but I wanted to know if there were any other ways to help remove fat from hips and pouch. Any help will be appreciated

It’s a common myth that working out a certain muscle group will only burn fat in that area, fat burning doesn’t work like that. Fat will be pulled throughout your whole body.

Overall fat loss is the only way. There is no targeted fat loss.

Yup, as others say, spot reduction is a myth used by companies making money by making promises they can't keep. Where fat comes off is dictated by genetics and often, it seems, sheer random chance.

This. Muscle and fat are completely separate kinds of tissue. You can locally train muscles, but fat is inactive and doesn't increase (or decrease) from training that bodypart. The only local thing that works for fat is cutting it out.

100% agree - no one can spot reduce fat.

You can work specific muscles to see a change in those.

You may find this article on body recomposition helpful https://legionathletics.com/body-recomposition/.

Legion Athletics is a supplement and training company. I have no affiliation with them and do not endorse their products in any way. I have not purchased any of their products, but I have read Mike Matthews' book 'Thinner, Leaner, Stronger'. I do like their articles.
