3/17: 149.8 🎉Woo hoo! Another goal passed! I did my stationary bike 60 minutes Saturday and 90 minutes Sunday then a 30 minute walk with the kiddo and some sedentary pedaling to round it all out. Today is a half day for work so I already got my 30 minutes of yoga in and doing some stationary peddling followed by a 90 minute walk in a little bit then going to walk over the lunch hour with my coworkers before I clock in for the day. Clothes are looser and I cleaned out one drawer of bachelorette gifts 😉 from 8 years ago that I have maybe wore once or twice. Lots of clothes going in the trash or donation soon! Looking forward to decluttering my dresser/closet.

That’s a pretty big drop for one night so I won’t get too attached to it. But if it sticks then I’m halfway to my goal for 2025 which is exciting.
It looks like some people have figured out how to post here without the double line spacing or having to use bullet points. Any tips? I’m using an iPhone not a computer so maybe that’s why?4 -
im using an iPhone and I copy the information I want from my previous post and then paste into the reply box and then hit enter and put kn the date and my new weight then I hit enter again where I want to start my comments. Go back to the weight date I posted and hit backspace so it will go up next to the previous date and enter again and that should snap the new line into single space below it. If I don’t have the empty lines below it likes to snap back to double space. Sometimes it take me a few back spaces and enters to get it into single space but got to be the boss of it lol

I keep struggling to get on the scale because my morning routine has been really messed up with early morning client calls/meetings that I have to be on by 7:30 am my time so the offshore team is available. Its totally messing up my routine and I am not sure how much earlier I can get up.. I usually get up by 5:15 or so but I like to sit for a bit with my cup of coffee , then its the "feeding at the zoo" time and a quick outside time for the dogs. Everyone is off our schedule. I am not sure how make it all work and be logged on without having a few tasks still left undone, like weighing myself. Getting some food usually doesn't happen until after 9:30 when my meetings are done for a bit and its rush rush rush again.

3/19:148.8TOM is here. I knew I wanted to eat everything in sight on Sunday for a reason lol. Wellness challenge is going strong at work. My coworker is hell bent on beating me as I peddle at my work desk so I can’t decide if I let him win or make him work for it lol. It’s more fun to watch him stress about working for it. We get a group of 4-5 of us walking the hill at lunch and he has a stand for his phone so he can use an Xbox controller so he can play video games on his phone as we walk the hill. The things u can do while exercising! Challenge ends Sunday, but we all agreed to keep walking the hill on nice days after it’s over. Everyone is seeing results and wanting to get summer ready.

Mar 20: 212.0 lbWell this is very anticlimactic considering the amount of self control I've had this week 🫤 My office has been full of cookies & candy my coworkers have brought in, I haven't eaten any of it. I've had no alcohol & haven't been overeating... I'm hoping to see a drop soon.
I have noticed some NSVs though! 1) My back fat is disappearing! I noticed in the mirror my back rolls are getting smaller & I don't feel my them touch/rub as much when I walk. 2) I can wrap & tuck a regular sized towel around myself again! I ended up having a favorite towel over the last couple months because there was only 1 (that is slightly oversized) that was long enough to fully wrap around myself comfortably.
