Make like Philly: Trust The Process

I hesitated to post this, but here it goes: No promises on losing X pounds in X weeks, but I do promise one thing—I’ll trust the process. Progress isn’t always linear, and setbacks have been monumental, but I’m committing to consistency, no matter what’s ahead.

The key is a well-structured plan, built on research and foresight. I’m mapping out months in advance, accounting for challenges, and tracking everything—calories, workouts, progress photos, and data to prove the process is working.

I can walk 4 miles a day on weekdays. If that’s not enough, I can run for 30 minutes. Strength training? Three times a week, no excuses. Calories? 1,600 daily, including weekends—portion control is everything. If I’m not seeing results, I’ll adjust, but I won’t quit.

Discipline is crucial, but so is patience. If it takes a year or longer, so be it. I’m closer than ever to my goal, and I won’t stop until I get there.

This is me holding myself accountable. If you’ve been where I am, feel free to share your experience—let’s keep each other motivated.
