Mine is now working, as of this evening. I had to go onto the MyFitnessPal website instead of my mobile app to load/select/"Get" the Fitbit app synced. Hopefully, it will keep working properly.

Mine is now working, as of this evening.....after not syncing since the 3/21/25 update. I had to go onto the MyFitnessPal website instead of my mobile app to load/select/"Get" the Fitbit app synced. Hopefully, it will keep working properly. Hope this helps you.

Hi,
I have been using MFP with FitBit for years now and in the main it has been really good, logging steps/ calories / sleep etc, pretty much flawlessly.
However the 7 days has been terrible. Some days don't sync at all, others only sync if I disconnect Fitbit, clear data from fitbit and MFP, uninstall both, clear my browser cache and then reboot the phone. Re-install and re-link. Even then historical data doesn't appear.
Only if I do this can I get the two to talk to each other, and it seems like it only lasts 24-48 hours before it stops.
Is there an issue at the moment with sync to fitbit?Its strting to get a bit tiresome to have to spend 5-10 mins going therough the abpve for sketchy syncing.
Any help would be gratefully received.This isn't that I can[t get them to link, this is just thta the data from FItbit is not coming through to MFP (Premium)

I have the same issue. Following the link in chatbot, I disconnected Fitbit and now cant register it again. Been 10 years I have used both apps, and as always when issues happen MfP are very slow to resolve or even admit issue.

still broken, same issue, emails sent but absolutely no acknowledgement from support that there's even an issue

I am having the same problem. Now I cannot reconnect them. When I try, I only get the option to "update" fitbit, not connect. This is so disappointing.

Is someone listening? I too have this problem, have also reinstalled and rebooted, and I can’t access my premium link, so I’m not getting response. I’ve used this app for 10 years, faithfully the last 3. PLEASE FIX THIS.

same issue here - when trying to connect my Fitbit to MFP I allow access to all data points and then it tells me in order to connect my Fitbit I need to accept all the data points! Get this fixed please!

Seems to be a widespread issue, lots of posts about it.
I wonder if MFP will actually acknowledge this and then maybe fix it?

Thank goodness it's not just me- exactly the same. Fitbit stopped syncing so broke the link and now get the same error message- any fixes?

Same here. I thought it had to do with re-doing my MFP membership so disconnected them and now keep getting that error. It synced my breakfast yesterday and then nothing else since. I re-did my membership last night. Wish I'd checked here before unsyncing them. Hope they fix it soon because otherwise I wouldn't have paid for the membership 🤦🏼♀️

I started having this problem a few days ago. It’s has been very frustrating. I have tried everything to get them to sync back up and am at a loss.

My wife and I both have this issue also. I have disconnected my Fitbit and revoked access in the Fitbit app. Then reconnected multiple times. It takes it about 100 trys to connect for some reason. The initial connection shows my steps and adds food/water to Fitbit but after that the apps do not talk anymore.

my aria scale stopping syncing. I forced the connection again and it worked for a couple of days and stopped. Something is clearly wrong with the integration

This is getting frustrating. The past few days it would finally sync up after about an hour in the morning, but today is won't sync at all

My wife and I are both having issues. On Saturday I did the whole revoke and disconnect, struggle to get it reconnected but eventually worked.
Last night it took a while but then did sync with the website at which point the app updated.
Tonight it's updated a handful of steps from this morning but that's it and nothing in the website or app.

Starting later in the day on Friday, March 21st, we started seeing an uptick in cases in our queue and have started an investigation. Reported issues include, but are not limited to: inability to link Fitbit and MyFitnessPal, inability to see Fitbit as a partner to link, receiving an error when selecting all the data points when linking, and data not syncing.
