3/21: 149.0Slight blip, not worried as I know I have stayed under my calories and exercised. I ate a lot of salt yesterday for dinner. Had a steamed chicken and veggie dumpling tray by Bibigo with EXTRA soy sauce and then after tball practice I needed more calories so had a protein bar and turkey jerky stick. Then I just wanted to munch so I ate 2 pickle spears so the sodium has got me today. I also got meds for a sinus infection the other day. It’s all mental today. Just drinking lots of water and staying the course.

I somehow missed a day in there and I don’t know when it was. Despite the increase in weight I’m feeling pretty good. My clothes are roomy. I am struggling with a lot of insomnia these days and it’s amping up the stress levels so that’s going to be my focus for the next little while.

Not as much of a drop as I thought it would be. I think my antibiotics are making me retain water a bit more then usual. Yesterday I had two protein yogurts, a chicken strawberry salad with basalmic and a jumbo Bloody Mary for lunch (bc moderation lol). So if I calculated it correctly it was around 1100 calories yesterday which is in range. We went to eat with friends after our kids tball win so the kiddos ran around the playground next to the restaurant off the lake so it was a good time. Just going to keep trucking a long!thanks @Michieb125 it’s been great to see my stamina up tick on the longer walks and the pace increase.

3/25: 147.6I did 30 minutes of yoga, 90 minute walk, 60 minute stationary bike, and 60 minute under the desk peddling yesterday. Sore today from the core/booty yoga, so drinking lots of water and just doing some under the desk peddling today. If I have time at work maybe will walk a bit on the treadmill. Two days left of antibiotics for the sinus infection so hopefully it will take the bloat with it.

Hey everyone, just popping in while I am on vacation . Have not been able to weigh myself but staying pretty active and just wanted to keep myself accountable.
Food choices are a bit of a struggle here. I have enjoyed some ice cream and and snacks that I would not normally indulge in but don't feel like I am going overboard. Small servings.
I have stayed pretty active. Did a big hike with alot of elevation and then kayaking , lap swims and and general walks in the evening. The heat is going to be intense today so I will be sticking by the pool .
Enjoying the warm days especially since home is wet, cold and rainy
I hope everyone is going well . March is nearing its end.
