The best one for YOU is probably the one you create for yourself.
Use one from the internet to start. Sailrabbit is a good one. Omit your info from the first week or two(both because you're learning to log calories accurately and completely, and Because weight often fluctuates a lot when changing your way of eating—water weight). Then keep track of your calories eaten and weight change for a month or so to create your own tdee.

MFP is not a tdee tracker as generally you're supposed to log your exercise in addition. But the best way to find out your calorie needs is to track your food extremely precisely for 4-6 weeks, preferably from the same point on your menstrual cycle to the next and see how your weight changes. Any calculator is based on population averages, but hardly anyone is average. We're all individuals.
