Not sure what you're looking for, but you can "start over" any time. Just call today "DAY ONE" and move on from here.
The "nuclear option" is to close your account and start a new one. You'll probably have to pick a new user ID unless you can work with staff to use your old one (prove you are the same person).

Erasing the foods from your account won't change the fact that you ate them and whatever effect they had on your body.
I think focusing your energy on making whatever changes you need to make in what, how, and how much you eat would be more useful than trying to find a way to delete your food records, which won't change anything.
