Tips for a person with ARFID

Hello! I am trying to lose weight :)
I have Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder and it can cause extreme sensory issues in food for me. I grew up in a non-ingredient household and gained weight due to the junk food. Now, Im trying to lose all that weight. I'm trying to find some decent food tips/recipes.
I like:
-pasta
-meat (besides pork and fish unless its sushi)
-peanut butter
-a lot of fruits (mostly berries)
-Veggies (not tomatoes or avocados)
-Bread
-Rice
Thank you :)

There is a website called allrecipes.com
You can go there and enter the foods you like or have on hand and it will suggest recipes.
I'm not sure any of us here can be all that much help with actual meals.
With that said, I think it just takes practice. I have the foods on hand that I like and I've taught myself to prepare them in different ways. It doesn't take a recipe. I decide what flavors I enjoy and then put them together. It doesn't have to have a name, sometimes I just have chicken on a piece of bread with a side of roasted brussels sprouts. That's a "meal." 🙂
As far as weight loss, if you can learn to use the FOOD page and log what you eat every day, it will help you lose weight.
