    Thanks, Karen. I'll look for that. 30 grams of protein for only 180 calories is great. Have a great trip. My daughter just got back from Idaho. It was cold.

    @200Karen

    I've not seen that protein drink, but I have had FairLife Protein drinks and primarily Premier Protein shakes.
    Premier Protein shakes have 160 calories, 3 grams of fat, 3 grams of carbs and 30 grams of protein.
    That's great, because I shoot for the Zone Diet recommended ratio of 3 grams of fat, 9 grams of carbs and 7 grams of protein. All that extra protein can balance out a meal pretty well.

    Bottled protein shakes/drinks are very convenient, but protein powders can be a little cheaper. I have three flavors of Optimum Nutrition protein power (chocolate, vanilla, cafe latte). With the vanilla powder, I often add bananas and frozen strawberries to make a delicious protein smoothie.

    I had a pretty good week food - wise. I was under calories for all seven days. So I know this weight today is OK even though it's no loss. I may have lost a fraction anyway because I don't have a digital scale.

    @Walela617 Great idea! A reset. I’m in too! Today is my day 1. I can feel myself slowly slipping into bad habits. A reset will help get me back on program and finish this challenge closer to goal. Good luck. Three weeks left. Stay strong. 💪
