    My go to’s: Premier Cafe Latte, caramel shakes, sugar free lemonade packets, too good peach yogurt, eggs, Baked Talapia, Green Giant steam bags of veggies, vegetable chicken soup (With Slaw mix, onion, canned chicken, tomatoes with chilies, chicken broth, tomato juice, spinach, squash etc of non-starchy vegetables…). Don’t weigh every day…and there will be stalls, stay the course.
