Hello!!!

I’m new here, determined to lose 10 pounds and to do it gently and with joy. I’ve listed meals and movements I prefer, just need to stay steady and consistent. I’m 57. I started taking an SNRI this year and it makes me LOVE food and wine more than I did before and it also makes me feel absolutely happy and content to sit like a sloth on the couch with my phone. I also have had some autoimmune issues among other health problems. I would love a community of people similar to me to join and support. I’m not giving up.
