I am 62, 5’6” and retired.
140s didn’t last long. I’m a little disappointed but oh well, back at it. It’s a lifestyle. Moving on.

Hi everyone,
My weight is NOW 161.8 as of this morning - Oh, NOoooo! I hit a "bump in the road" and "fell off the wagon"; so today I decided to hit "RESET" by deleting all my previous weight entries and updated my starting weight to TODAY, April 4, 2025.
I need to scale back my social networking a bit because I've been getting a little overwhelmed; so I'm going to jump off some of the boards I had joined in order to regain some time and hopefully improve my focus.
I would love to check in from time to time to see how everyone is doing.
Very best wishes to all on your own, personal "Wellness Journey"!

Hi! I'm Chelsea!
26F, 5'9", hadn't really been watching calories or weight until I stepped on that scale in February (baseline). I was like, "Oh yikes, let's undo this damage 💔"
So I started counting my calories, hitting the gym/and a 16:8 or 18:6 fast.
Baseline February 27 - 273.0lbs
March 7 - 265.2 lbs (-7.8 lbs this week)
March 14 - 263.2 lbs (-2.0 lbs this week)
March 21 - 260.8 lbs (-2.4 lbs this week)
March 28 - 257.0 lbs (-2.2 lbs this week)
April 4 - 253.8 lbs (-3.2lbs this week)
April 11 - 254.0 lbs (-19.0lbs so far!)
I spent this week not being stuck to the diet plan and not obsessively going to the gym/fasting. This provided a nice mental break, and it was wonderful to see that this weight loss wasn't imagined/just dehydration.
Im feeling pretty pumped now with this to be honest, and will get back into focus on Saturday to continue my journey.

62 female, 5’6” and retired. Up again. Only a little, but still, not the direction I wanted. This up and down is frustrating, and I only have myself to blame. Time to get serious. My excuses are over!

Hi all,
Newbie poster here!
I'm 42 yr old female, a few weeks into taking Creatine supplements. I'm currently at my heaviest weight of 159.1 (4/11) but with a goal of 138. In the past, I've exercised fairly frequently but over the past year I've been really, really sedentary with an unhealthy diet. I keep telling myself 'tomorrow, tomorrow' but nothing changes. I'm hoping being here will help to change that!
Good luck everyone!
