Introducing myself

Hey Yall my name is Ammo. Just getting started working out and eating healthy. If you have any good workout tips for someone with Degenerative Disc Disease and bone spurs and scoliosis it would be helpful full. Also if yall have some awesome breakfast and snack options let me know!

Hello Ammo. I don't have scoliosis but I do have ruptured disks in my back and a genetic condition that by definition is 'bone spurs' all over my body. So I understand your condition. I would consult with a orthopedic doctor and physical therapist. What might be good for me might cost you the ability to move.
Losing weight is mostly how you eat. My exercise is mainly keeping my legs in motion as I sit in my chair. I'm kicking my feet as I type. You can also try chair exercises such as chair yoga and chair tai chi.
Personally I usually eat just twice a day. And I don't do 'breakfast' as such. I meal prep. Whatever meal was prepped is what I eat. I usually grab a string cheese when I need a snack. Pulling it apart keeps me occupied. Good luck!
